Who we are
opcode is a new Omani software initiative based in Muscat. For any privacy question, contact us on WhatsApp from this website.
What we collect
Only what a survey asks for — typically your name, role, phone number, optionally your email, and your answers. We also keep a one-way coded version of your network address to stop abuse; we cannot turn it back into your address.
Why
To understand how your current systems work, what works well and what could be better, and to follow up with you if you agreed to it.
Where it is stored
On our own private server, delivered through Cloudflare. Access is restricted to the opcode owner, protected by multi-factor authentication.
How long
For up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your answers at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We never sell or share your data.
Law
We handle personal data in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).
